The Gingerbread Man

An old lady wanted a boy, the old man wanted to eat some gingerbread. The old lady made a little gingerbread man with a smiling mouth, raisins for eyes and little candies for the buttons on his jacket and she placed him in the oven to bake. When the old couple went to check to see if the gingerbread was ready, the gingerbread man jumped out of the oven and ran out the door. When the old man told him to stop the gingerbread man just laughed and called back, "You are old and I am new. I'm sure that I can outrun you." And so he went running away until...
