After preordering at another store, I had been eagerly waiting for a newly released book to arrive for a quite a long time. I finally gave up and asked The Bookstore to see if they could get it for me. It was in my hands within three days! It felt like a small miracle.

Helpful in finding the books I was looking for

Staff was very friendly and helpful. A great selection and variety of books and items. A book lover could spend hours in here browsing the books, but I knew the book I was looking for. When I asked where I could find the book I found on their website, I was quickly led right to it by staff. Great price for a book that appeared to be brand new. I will be going back to shop more, and I recommend The Bookstore to others.

Really great. They had the original copy of a book for which I couldn not find an original anywhere else. Super fast delivery. The condition of the book was exactly as pictured and described. Further, the handwritten note of appreciation included with the order was a nice touch of good customer service.

When we were on the hunt for the original resident evil book which stopped printing in the 90s someone suggested "the bookstore". Having just moved to the area we had no idea this hidden gem existed. That was 2 years and hundreds of books ago, it has become a family favourite stop. And yes we did find the book!
