Do points expire?
Not if you stay connected! Your points never expire unless your account has been inactive for 12 months—so be sure to drop by now and then to keep the magic alive.

Can I use rewards in-store?
Yes! Just let Nella know your email and she'll apply your points at checkout.

Can I earn points from past purchases?
Points start accumulating from the day you join the program.
