Return Policy

If you don't absolutely love your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we would be happy to assist by providing you with return instructions and a Return Authorization number

Upon receiving your return back at our facility, you will be reimbursed for the purchased item. The original shipping charge and the cost associated with sending the item back to us will not be available for refund. We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number. *

Please contact by email: info@thebookstore.ca with your order number, and image of item. After we receive the item please wait 7 to 10 days for the refund to show on your account. You have the option of having the refund as store credit. Store credit issued is valid for 18 months and redeemable in store and online at  thebookstore.ca

Please do not try to send back item without following the above steps as you will then not receive a refund.

*If returns should become excessive or unwarranted then The Bookstore has the right to restrict or disallow returns at our discretion.
