Return Policy

Need help with your order? Contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll send return instructions and a Return Authorization number. Once the item is received back, we’ll refund the item price or issue store credit, whichever you prefer.

Please contact by email: info@thebookstore.ca with your order number, and image of item. After we receive the item please wait 7 to 10 days for the refund to show on your account. You have the option of having the refund as store credit. Store credit issued is valid for 18 months and redeemable in store and online at  thebookstore.ca

Please do not try to send back item without following the above steps as you will then not receive a refund.
